Training Policy

• I understand and agree that Liz Rodriguez will not be licensing me. I will only receive a certification of completion of the chosen class.
• I understand and agree that my training deposit is non refundable.
• I understand and agree that if I need to reschedule my training date, I need to give a week notice in order for my deposit to be transferable.
• I understand and agree that if I cancel my training at any time after the deposit has been paid, my deposit will not be refundable.
• I understand and agree that if I pay the full balance of my training and cannot attend last minute, I will need to attend a different date available. Any amount that has been paid will not be refundable.
• I understand and agree that the remaining balance needs to be paid a week prior to training date.
